What is a vinyl car wrap?

A vinyl wrap is a thin, high-performance adhesive film applied over your car's original paint. Modern cast films (2 mil / ~50 microns) conform to complex curves, self-heal minor swirl marks and carry 5–7 year outdoor warranties from manufacturers like 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF and Hexis. Unlike a repaint, a wrap can be removed cleanly, letting you change your car's look every few years or return a leased vehicle in factory condition.

Finishes we install

Gloss — the classic showroom look, deep and reflective. Satin — a soft sheen that hides swirl marks and is easy to keep clean. Matte — flat, aggressive, and very on-trend for performance cars. Metallic & brushed — from brushed steel to sparkle-flake metallics. Chrome & mirror — striking, statement finishes for shows and events. Chameleon — colour-shift films that change hue with the angle of light. Custom prints — logos, stripes and full liveries for commercial and race vehicles.

Our installation process

1. Consultation — we discuss the finish you want, review your car and recommend the right film. 2. Decontamination wash — the car is fully washed, clay-bar decontaminated and IPA-wiped so nothing sits under the film. 3. Paint correction (optional) — any deep swirl marks are polished out before wrapping. 4. Panel-by-panel installation — bumpers, mirrors and door handles are removed where needed, and edges are wrapped and sealed properly. 5. Post-heat cure — every seam and stretched section is heat-set to lock the adhesive and maximise longevity. 6. Handover — we walk you through aftercare so your wrap looks new for years.

Care & durability

A properly installed premium vinyl wrap will last 5–7 years in Cyprus conditions when cared for correctly. Hand-wash with pH-neutral shampoo, avoid high-pressure spray directly on edges, and keep the car garaged or shaded where possible. We include a full aftercare guide with every job and offer maintenance polishing for satin and matte finishes.

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

Will a wrap damage my paint?

No. A wrap installed on factory paint in good condition is safe and fully removable. Repaired or repainted panels should be assessed first — we always check before quoting.

How long does a full wrap take?

A full colour change on a standard car takes 4–7 working days depending on complexity, disassembly and finish. Partial wraps can be done in 1–2 days.

Can I wash my wrapped car?

Yes. Hand-washing with pH-neutral shampoo is best. Avoid automatic brush car washes and don't aim high-pressure spray directly at the edges.

Is a wrap cheaper than a respray?

In most cases yes — and a wrap is reversible, protects the original paint, and preserves resale value. See our pricing page for indicative packages.
